Information we process
When you visit this website, technical information such as your IP address, access time, pages requested and browser details may appear in the hosting provider’s logs. Our contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected topic, message and confirmation of the privacy notice. A random enquiry reference helps identify repeat delivery attempts.
How we use your information
We use your information to assess your enquiry, contact you, prepare a possible engagement and keep the website secure. Swiss data protection law applies. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant legal basis may be pre-contractual measures, your consent, our legitimate interest in secure operations or legal obligations, depending on the purpose.
Recipients and service providers
Your enquiry is emailed to intake@omnilex.ai and handled by the responsible Omnilex team. We use Resend for email delivery and Vercel for hosting when deployed on that platform. These providers may process data outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate contractual safeguards, including recognised standard contractual clauses, or an applicable adequacy decision.
Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, any subsequent engagement or statutory retention obligations. We then delete or anonymise it unless legal grounds require continued retention.
Cookies and analytics
This website currently uses no advertising pixels, usage analytics or session recordings. Language selection is determined by the page address. Information entered in the enquiry form is not shared for advertising purposes.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data and withdraw consent for future processing. Contact intake@omnilex.ai to make a request. You may also contact the competent data protection authority, including the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.
