GOOD TO KNOW

Your questions. Our answers.

Who is Fondsrecht for?

Fund sponsors, fund management companies, asset managers and institutional investors with legal questions about fund structures, documentation, distribution or ongoing operations.

Can you support an existing fund project?

Yes. You can contact us for a single question, a document review or a change to an existing structure. We will work with you to define the right scope.

Do you support L-QIF projects?

We assist with the legal assessment and documentation of an L-QIF structure. An L-QIF is not authorised, approved or supervised by FINMA; statutory requirements for its structure and management still need to be assessed.

Do you support foreign funds with a Swiss connection?

Yes. We assess questions about offering funds in Switzerland, the intended investors and the documentation needed. Where foreign law is involved, we discuss any need for local support with you.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Your enquiry goes directly to Omnilex’s intake team. We review your request and get back to you about next steps. An engagement only begins under a separate agreement.

Do you manage or distribute funds yourselves?

This service provides legal support. Fund management, investment advice, fund distribution and acting as a regulatory representative or paying agent are outside its scope.
